You be always your best friend , philosopher and guide .
Human life is somewhat different and peculiar one. The reason being, our capacity to reason, think and feel emotions. We feel pleasure and happiness when things turn on as we expect ..if not , disappointment follows .This is natural human tendency and nothing new ,though with slight variations..
When we deal with various situations, actions depend on our analysis and predictions . Our inner strength is shaped by our confidence, courage and ability to stand against ordeals etc... These qualities shape one's attitude. But life's journey is like exploring a dark tunnel with a firm belief of finding light and exit on other side ... The path is a testing track, full of challenges, ups and downs ,setbacks due to miscalculations and many as such...At times , we are left alone, clueless about next move or action, just to accept this as failure ...
On other side, this situation poses a challenge for the positive minded ,who feel the solution is with in. ...Exactlly,, during such times, we should bring out our true friend from with in to clap and standwith.. ..This is what I want to Express.
How does this help someone? As we feel confidence and courage adds to our strengths, lack of these, cause weakness and despair . Due to this, the control we possess on our thoughts ,ebbs out paving a way for the entry of negative and regressive vibes. This is like a downward spiralling action ,which turns in to abysmal downfall ,if positivity is not infused immediately.
Howcan we support ourselves? What will be the probable psychological mechanism that shapes and leads towards positive transformation with in us?. Lets look in to various stages of re- discovering and strengthening of ourselves , completely with internal support..
1. Garnering support : This will be the first reaction when we are left alone and lack consistency. Such a situation is surrounded by negativity and to overcome, it needs psychological upliftment and strength .The best support comes from within after due introspection . This reinforces our belief of riding on the right path which in turn acts on subconscious mind and acumulates positive vibes. This process works in a cumulative way , countering and distorting the regressive vibes, resulting positivity all around..This builds a strong base for the second stage .
2. Change of mindset: The support one receives from within acts as positive vibes.. Over a period, it transforms the mindset. Yes, it enhances the Will power and resilience . They channelise and converge all our strengths and emotions in right perspective . Our perceptions are defined by mind set. For an example..
One feels his life's journey as challenge
and
other feels it as unending struggle.
The diffrence is their mindset. The reality of life is visualised through various angles due to these perceptions.
3. Collective Wisdom: Wisdom is the outcome of all our learnings. In a tennis match, one side only wins..In scientific research , most of the times ,success is the outcome of all failures. In a competitive exam, the result depends on not only the ability to perform but on outperforming others . These all indicate one important aspect...Success and failure are just outcomes of events and our role is limited only up to putting on our best efforts ..but not on guarnteed resuts.
In conclusion, the process of re-strengthening and clapping for us will definitely be a trusted and acceptable process of healing ..Who will be more trustworthy than our true self?
